Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Enderfall, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Rules, and any checkout or app-specific terms shown to you. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Enderfall includes the main website, Minecraft server pages, social features, apps such as FTP Browser, Holiday Calendar, Character Creation Sheet, Legend, support forms, account tools, and future related services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity carried out through it. Keep your email, linked provider accounts, Discord account, and Minecraft username accurate and under your control.

• Do not share login details or use another person's account without permission.
• Do not impersonate another person, staff member, company, Minecraft player, or Discord server owner.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account or linked provider has been compromised.
• We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts that breach these terms, rules, or security requirements.

3. Community Content and Conduct

You are responsible for content you post, upload, submit, send, configure, publish, or cause a bot to publish through Enderfall. This includes profile content, forum/social posts, direct messages, support requests, uploaded media, Minecraft-related submissions, Discord embeds, commands, automations, tickets, and bot messages.

You must not use Enderfall to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, harass users, scam, spam, or distribute malicious content.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Abuse social features, calls, messaging, notifications, support channels, or moderation systems.
• Bypass bans, rate limits, payment controls, security controls, or app feature limits.

4. Minecraft Services

Minecraft server access, ranks, upgrades, whitelist/code features, events, voting, wiki information, and server perks are provided for the Enderfall community. We may update gameplay, permissions, perks, rules, supported versions, and availability as the server changes.

Minecraft is owned by Microsoft and Mojang. Enderfall is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft or Mojang.

5. Legend Discord Bot

Legend is a Discord server dashboard for messages, embeds, buttons, reaction roles, slash commands, automations, tickets, bot personalization, and related server tools. You may only connect or manage a Discord server if you are the server owner, an authorized server manager, or a user with an approved Legend editor role.

• You are responsible for messages, commands, automations, ticket panels, and bot actions you configure.
• You must comply with Discord's rules and the rules of every Discord server you manage.
• You must not use Legend for spam, unsolicited advertising, raids, harassment, scraping, or abuse.
• Custom bot tokens must only be submitted for bots you own or are authorized to configure.
• We may disable, remove, or refuse bot configuration that creates security, abuse, legal, or platform risk.

6. Apps and Embedded Tools

Enderfall apps may include free and premium features. Embedded apps may receive limited account session information, entitlement status, and profile details so they can unlock the correct experience.

Some apps are beta, test, or experimental tools. Features may change, be renamed, be limited, or be removed while we improve them.

7. Purchases, Digital Benefits, and Subscriptions

Purchases may include Minecraft ranks or upgrades, app entitlements, Legend Premium, or other digital benefits shown at checkout. Checkout is handled through Tebex or the payment provider shown to you.

• Prices, currencies, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before checkout.
• Legend Premium plans in the codebase include monthly, annual, and lifetime options where enabled.
• Digital benefits may be delivered immediately after successful payment or webhook confirmation.
• Subscriptions can be managed through account billing tools where available or through Tebex payment history.

Refunds are handled in line with your statutory rights and the checkout terms shown to you. We may refuse goodwill refunds for delivered digital benefits, but this does not limit rights you have where content is not supplied, is faulty, is not as described, or a legal right to cancel applies.

8. Intellectual Property

Enderfall branding, website design, source code, UI, text, artwork, app designs, and original content are owned by Enderfall or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Enderfall content or services unless we give written permission or the law allows it.

You keep ownership of content you create, but you give Enderfall permission to host, store, display, transmit, moderate, adapt for formatting, and publish it as needed to provide the service you used.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Enderfall available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, restrict, remove, or replace features for maintenance, security, moderation, legal compliance, platform changes, or operational reasons.

Third-party platforms such as Discord, Firebase, Tebex, Google, Microsoft, Mojang, and OAuth providers may change or fail in ways outside our control.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, Enderfall is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, community disputes, third-party platform decisions, or disruption caused by misuse, maintenance, or platform outages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the website, apps, bot features, payment flows, and legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version was published.
